Process
Gas Technology has extensive experience in cryogenic air separation
plants. Highlights of our industrial gases consulting experience
on air separation projects are listed below.
Cryogenic nitrogen plants and generators utilizing up to
eleven different process cycles are possible from Process
Gas Technology to produce gaseous and liquid nitrogen. We
can handle reversing and mole sieve plants. Attaching nitrogen
liquefaction units to the air separation plant is also possible
to produce merchant quantities of liquid nitrogen.
Cryogenic oxygen plants and oxygen generators utilizing
air, nitrogen or waste expansion are available from Process
Gas Technology to produce a variety of product mixes. Oxygen
gas and oxygen liquid only plants are possible. Oxygen and
nitrogen gas plants can be designed and built. Argon production
from any of these plants can also be accommodated, both crude
and pure. We can handle reversing or mole sieve plants, and
the front-end refrigeration on the mole sieve plants. Attaching
a nitrogen liquefaction unit to these air separation plants
can be performed to produce merchant quantities of liquid
oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon.
We can build customized liquefaction units to exchange liquid
nitrogen for liquid oxygen, or liquid oxygen for liquid nitrogen.
If ultra pure nitrogen, oxygen or argon is required, Process
Gas Technology will be happy to design and construct the ultra
pure plant to fit your needs.
Backup storage and vaporization systems required insuring
a constant supply of industrial gases to the customer can
be handled by Process Gas Technology as well.
